The FMCSA Clearinghouse is a secure online database of commercial driver’s license (CDL) and commercial learner’s permit (CLP) holders’ drug and alcohol program violations. The webinar will cover the history of the clearinghouse, it’s purpose, how to register, queries, and reporting violations. Additionally, we will walk through the registration process for drivers and discuss the responsibilities of drivers regarding the Clearinghouse.
